Hi Sian, I went over to that link which featured yr home & wow! You do have such a lovely home. That mixer in the kitchen is super-looking. The kettle too. I do like all the different things that fit together so well in yr house. Such a nice, neat cosy work area too & with a fireplace!!!

Your house looks lovely Sian. Some really beautiful houses over there, make me not want to work today so I can't stay at home to make my house look pretty :)

Looks like you've been really busy - must be a spring this as everyone seems to be the same. Love the little quilt you made - for all my bag making, I have yet to try my hand at quilting, despite my four year old daughter going through my quilting magazines and marking the ones she likes!

I really enjoyed your 'Vintage Pad' tour. One thing I liked about it was your wooden furniture and the way you say you would never paint antique wood. That's one thing that's bothered me slightly about the 'shabby chic' look, and it's great to see that you can make a vintage style work your own way, and not have to conform to other purveyors of the 'look'.

Oh wow, how totally beautiful. I LOVE the dresser in your dining room and love the external windows still intact after the extension was built.
