Iaido
I've just come back from Iaido (pronounced Eeia) and loved it! It was so Cathartic - very much like yoga, only I love the accuracy and skill involved. I am a bit of a secret fan (oops, my secret's out now!) of all things Japanese. It really appeals to me being so disciplined and studying something until you are so accomplished at it. I admire the Japanese way of life and the way they do things.
Anyway, enough waffling from me. I hope you're all having a good week. :-)

Glad you've found something you enjoy, I don't think I could be as disciplined! Speaking of Japan I watched a documentary about them and fish the other day and it was really interesting (if a bit gory!)
